These Rules enter into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Rules lay down provisions for the Wild Life Advisory Board to be set up by the State Government. Additionally, the Rules contain the process for obtaining the license for hunting of wild animals, including the fees for such a license. The Rules also make provisions on the granting of certificate of ownership to persons who lawfully possess any animal, animal article, trophy or uncured trophy.
