If the holders does not timely submit the return, a late processing fee shall be imposed on him. If no return has been submitted before 31 May of the following year, the holder shall not be granted a licence for the season following that date. Holders of hunter's licences shall retain feathers of each bird shot. The information concerns time of hunting, area, vegetation, game, and weather.
