They prohibit the hunting for any game bird unless a licence has been obtained from the appropriate authority, i.e. Executive Director of the Natural Resources Conservation Authority. Every licence shall be subject to conditions as may be specified by the appropriate authority. Aggrieved persons may apply to the Minister against decisions of the appropriate authority.
