Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Wildlife Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to tourism and recreational activities in the Wild Life Middle Ridge Reserve. The text – consisting of 13 sections – deals with the following aspects: travel permit, camping, site occupation period, restrictions, existing rights, mineral exploration, prevention of disturbance of wild life by aircraft and control of firearms and fishing tackle.
