Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2002.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Water Works Law of 29 April 2001. In particular, article 1 establishes that waterworks shall be commenced only if the perimeter method has been orderly carried out according to article 4 to 9 of the present Ordinance. The Executive Board of the Canton shall decide on exceptions. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Perimeter method (II); Final provisions (III).
