Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Water Law in its version of 19 July 1994. Article 1 establishes that the Free State of Bavaria levies a royalty for the use of water serving for hydroelectric power if the average power exceeds 1100kW. Waters managed by the Bavarian State Forest shall be charged a fee regulated by private contract. The text consists of 8 articles and 1 Annex.
