Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 94 of the Water Act, concern charges for water supplied to schools within a water supply area or to which a supply has been authorized under section 96 of the Act. They shall be assessed on consumption as registered by a meter at a specified rate per thousand gallons. Meter rent shall be charged in accordance with the Schedule to these Regulations. No general water rate shall be charged in addition to the charge levied under these Regulations.
