Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 28 of the Water Supply and Sanitation Act, 2009, provide for fees payable for water supply and sanitation services licence applications and and licences and fees for bulk water supply and sewerage treatment services licence applications and licences. Licence fees shall be paid by licencees within 60 days.
