The Zimbabwe National Water Authority shall pay to respective subcatchment councils a rate as per the Schedule per megalitre of water it has supplied to other persons in the quarter immediately preceding that in which payment is made under any agreement with such persons made by virtue of a permit issued to it for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 39 of the Water Act.
