These Regulations do not apply in a case where the storage of oil is subject to an environmental permit within the meaning of regulation 13(1) of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010. Requirements concern oil storage containers and in relation to secondary containment systems. They concern also some other storage systems. The Regulations also replace provision currently made in relation to agricultural fuel oil by the Water Resources (Control of Pollution) (Silage, Slurry and Agricultural Fuel Oil) (Wales) Regulations 2010.
