Amendments of 2003: make the director-general, Environment Planning and Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) (or future equivalent) responsible for water policy functions; see the Environment Protection Authority (the Authority) retain responsibility for regulatory functions including upholding licence conditions; clarify the role of the Coordination Group within ACT water sector governance arrangements.
