The present Ordinance enters into force on 16 November 2011.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Water Rights Act 1959 (BGBl. No. 215). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of the Gasteiner thermal waters. Article 1 establishes three protected areas and article 2 defines the borderlines of these areas. The text consists of 10 articles.
