Abstract The present Regulations are issued in compliance with Council Directive 76/464/EEC. Aim of the Regulations is to eliminate pollution of the waters above referred by the dangerous substances in the families and groups of substances in Annex I and to reduce pollution of the said waters by the dangerous substances in the families and groups of substances listed in Annex II.
