Abstract

This Law may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Amendment) Law of 2006 and shall be read as one with the Water Pollution Control Laws of 2002 and 2005 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Water Pollution Control Laws of 2002 and 2006. The present law carries forward amendments to articles 6 and 31 of the principal law.
