Part 2 sets requirements and procedures that irrigation infrastructure operator must follow to facilitate the transformation and implementation of these Rules. Part 3 establishes timing and content of information that the irrigation infrastructure operator must provide to the person who holds an irrigation right against an irrigation infrastructure operator when the person gives written notice that intends to apply, or applies, for transformation of the whole or a part of that right. These information include details of the contractual or other arrangements such as the number of units or volume of water to which the person is entitled under the irrigation right as at the date of receipt of the notice.
