Abstract

This Regulation, initially made under the Water Supply Authorities Act 1987, is to be considered as made under the Water Management Act 2000 and contains provisions on the operation of four water authorities: Australian Inland Energy Water Infrastructure, Cobar Water Board, Gosford City Council, Wyong Shire Council. The Regulation addresses issues related to service charges and other charges (Part 2), the reduction and postponement of service charges and other charges (Part 3) and drainage areas (Part 5).
