Abstract These Regulations provide for the custody, testing and replacement of water meters and methods of estimating water consumption and for the maintenance and protection of works relating to water supply and sewerage. The Regulations also prescribe: procedures and standards to be complied with in relation to the carrying out of water supply work and sewerage work; trade waste for the purposes of the Act; conditions of trade waste agreements; rights given to a licensee on the creation of an easement or a reserve when land is subdivided; and requirements for lodging notices in relation to the disposition of certain land.
