Abstract These Regulations amend the principal Regulations 1999, which require water and sewerage undertakers' charges schemes to reflect provision for certain groups of people on low incomes who receive child benefit for three or more children or who need significantly more water because of a medical condition, and state the nature of the assistance to be provided to those groups. Regulation 2 amends regulation 2(2) of the 1999 Regulations Regulation 2 amends the 1999 Regulations so as to add to the list of the benefits that entitle qualifying persons to assistance, state pension credit under the State Pension Credit Act 2002, and child tax credit (if it includes an amount in respect of the individual element) and working tax credit, both under the Tax Credits Act 2002.
