Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) provides for drilling works to be operated within three months from drilling license date. Sections (3), (4), (7) and (8) provide for a one month test-drawing to be operated within one year from license date. The Water Governor can decide to extend the abovementioned periods. The operator must inform the governor seven days before test-drawing date and governor will give instructions regarding the drawing modality. After test-drawing the operator must compose a drawing report regarding the test containing maps, samples and documents. Section (4) and (5) provide for measuring and diary procedures. Section (9) to (11) deal with water drawing and measurement equipment to be mounted 30 days after test-drawing has been terminated and upon governor authorization. Sections (12) to (14) provide for information and modules procedures. A drilling license must be held by the operator for inspection purposes. Section (15) provide for license taxes and levies as reported in Annex 1. Section (16) gives general information.
