This order enters into force on the 20th working day after the day of its notification in the Gazette.

Abstract

This Order, made under the Resource Management Act 1991 and consisting of 13 sections completed by three Schedules, pursuant to section 214 of the Resource Management Act 1991, establishes the following water resources management.
