Entry into force notes
This Order enters into force 28 days after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

This Order declares that the waters described in the 3 Schedules are to be retained in their natural state because of the outstanding characteristics, features and values of the waters. The Order further specifies how the waters shall be preserved and protected.
