This Regulation enters into force on 1 December 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation is formulated in accordance with the Water and Soil Conservation Law of the People’s Republic of China, aiming to prevent and control the water and soil loss, improve ecological environment, promote the construction of eco-civilization and safeguard economical and social sustainable development in Liaoning Province. It consists of 46 Articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions(I); Water and soil conservation planning(II); Water and soil loss prevention(III); Water and soil loss control(IV); Monitoring and supervision(V); Legal liabilities(VI); Supplementary Provisions(VII).
