It also determines the annual indexation of such rates against the domestic price index, exchange rate, foreign price index and the electricity tariff. The National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) will provide and maintain all water service lines and sewer service lines to its customers in the towns indicated in the Second Schedule.
