Abstract This Regulation concerns the operation and management of wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection systems and storm drainage systems. Such systems need to be directly supervised by the number of certified operators specified by the Director in an approval (sect. 2). The Director may requires samples from any wastewater system or storm drainage system to verify the performance of the systems (sect. 5).
