Abstract

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 47 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act, require owners of property that wish to benefit from any of the services specified in the first column of the First Schedule to make an application to the Waste Water Management Authority. These services are related to sewerage and wastewater discharge. They also prescribe a fee for such services (specified in the second column of the First Schedule. The application shall be made in the form set out in the Second Schedule. Where the Authority is of the opinion that wastewater works have to be carried out, the procedure stipulated in section 40 of the Waste Water Management Authority Act shall apply.
