Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste, and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, in case the Waste Water Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550) of 15 October 2002 does not contain the necessary regulations. The text consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Calculations (2); Calculation of additional parameters (3); Requirements for measuring and monitoring (4); Duty to report, information of the public (5); Penalties (6); Entry into force (7).
