Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2000/76/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the incineration of waste, and in particular those provisions concerning waste water, in case the Waste Water Ordinance (BGBl. I p. 4047, 4550) of 15 October 2002 does not contain the necessary regulations. The text - consisting of 8 articles - deals with purpose of the Ordinance, sphere of application, calculation of additional parameters, requirements for measuring and monitoring, duty to report, information of the public, existing waste water discharge facilities, penalties and entry into force.
