The Ordinance applies to the declaration concerning the quantity of waste water collected in plants as listed in the Annexes and decaration concerning waste water discharged into public waters or into public waste water plants or in waste water plants of third parties. Persons running a waste water discharge plant have to declare the amount of discharged waters to the competent authorities. The text deals with the following issues: sphere of application, duty to notify the competent authority, content and form of the emissions declaration, time of declaration, assessment of discharge and penalties.
