Abstract

These Regulations implement in Ireland the provisions of the Waste Shipments Regulation (EC) No. 1013/2006 and appoints the Dublin City Council as the sole competent authority responsible for this purpose. They define the duties and powers of the competent authority and duties of the producer, the notifier, and other undertakings involved in a shipment of waste and its recovery or disposal.
