Abstract

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Prohibition of Waste Disposal By Burning) Regulations 2009 so as to extent an exemption existing under those Regulations, which allows farmers, as a last resort, which exists to allow farmers, as a last resort, to dispose of wastes generated by agricultural practices by burning (the burning of waste in compliance under Regulation 5(1) (a) and 5(1)).
