Further new regulation 16 is inserted. This new provision stipulates that the Malta Environment and Planning Authority shall draw up: (a) plans for the decontamination and, or disposal of inventoried equipment and the PCBs contained therein; and (b) outlines for the collection and subsequent disposal of equipment which is not subject to inventory.
