"Waste licence" means a waste licence for the purposes of Part V of the Act. The Regulations set out procedures for the making of licence applications, reviews of licences and consideration by the Agency of objections, including the holding of oral hearings. The Regulations also prescribe the day on or after which specified classes of waste disposal activity require a waste licence in accordance with section 39(1) of the Act.
