In particular, the Regulations provide for the weighing of household waste collected, the reporting of this weight to the householder, the preparation of customer charters, the phasing out of the collection of non-reusable waste receptacles such as bags, the collection of recyclable household waste. These Regulations also provide for the collection and reuse of food waste and bio-waste (in accordance with of the European Union (Household Food Waste and Bio-waste) Regulations 2015).
