Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Waste Disposal Law of 1 December 1992. In particular, the Annex of the afore-mentioned Ordinance lists waste excluded from public waste disposal, such as, for example, waste resulting from exploration, mining, quarrying, physical and chemical treatment of minerals. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
