Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to prohibition to dispose designated materials into a waste disposal sites. In particular, section 3 establishes that the Minister may, for a specified area of the province or a part of the province, designate a material as a designated material that is banned from disposal into one or more waste disposal sites.
