Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Waste Management Law in its version of 15 January 1997. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Competence of the Environment Office (1); Competence of state offices (2); Competence of district councils and the Mayor of independent cities (3);Competence of Mayors of other cities (4); Competence of agricultural advisory boards (5); Transfer of power (7);Entry into force, expiry (8).
