Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Waste Management Law in its version of 15 January 1997. Article 1 establishes that for official acts concerning the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law, fees shall be charged as laid out in the Annex. The text consists of 3 articles and 1 Annex.
