These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations provide for Waikato-Tainui to manage customary fishing on the Waikato River through the issuing of customary fishing authorizations to fisheries managed under the Fisheries Act 1996.
