Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Plant Protection Act of 15 September 1986 (BGBl. I p. 1505). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of vine plants against vine pest. Article 7 establishes that the Environment, Agriculture and Geology Office shall be responsible for the interpretation of these provisions. The text consists of 8 articles.
