Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 12 of the TSE Animal Material Act (BGBl. I Nr. 141/2003). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the disposal of whole non-edible carcasses. Furthermore, the Ordinance fixes fees for the authorization and control of enterprises. The text consists of 4 articles.
