Abstract This Act principally provides for the control, through registration and licensing, of exercise of the profession of veterinary surgeons and veterinary para-professionals. It establishes for this purpose the Kenya Veterinary Board. The Board shall be a body corporate which shall exercise general supervision and control over the training, business, practice and employment of veterinary surgeons and para-professionals in Kenya and advise the Government in relation to all aspects thereof.
