After providing for definitions at Chapter 1, the Regulations sets provisions on the marketing of veterinary medicinal products at Chapter 2 and specifies which are the the cases for which no marketing authorization is required. This Chapter also regulates the code on primary packaging and outer packaging of veterinary medicines, the contents and form of the leaflet, the trade permit.
