Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force the day following its publication.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 7, paragraph 1, of the Veterinary Drugs Control Act (BGBl. I No. 28/2002). In particular it sets out regulations according to which veterinary drugs may be entrusted to animal keepers. Veterinary animal feed mixtures may only be entrusted to animal keepers if the conditions of article 6 of the aforementioned Act are fulfilled. Detailed regulations of vaccinations are contained in articles 4. The text consists of 5 articles.
