Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the circulation of live animals, hatching eggs, semen, ovum, embryos and gametes, as well as veterinary provisions on circulation of goods and other items within the European Community. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Circulation of animals, goods and other items within the European Community (2); Final provisions (3). Ten Annexes are enclosed.
