Abstract

These Regulations introduce a Velvet Crab Minimum Landing Size. They prohibit the having on board by Irish fishing boats of velvet crab the carapace size of which is less than 65 millimetres. Such crabs are to be carefully handled and returned alive to the sea without delay.
