Abstract

The present Ordinance enacts the Federal Immission Protection Act of 15 March 1974 (BGBl. I p. 3830). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the disposal of used halogenous solvents. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of application, ban on mixing solvents, declaration of use of solvents, marking and labelling penalties and entry into force. One Annex is enclosed.
