Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Wildlife Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to the designation of wildlife reserves, such as wildlife refuges, game bird refuges, goose refuges, fur bearing animal refuges, as well as to wildlife management areas. The text consists of 53 sections divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation (1); Refuges (2); Wildlife management areas (3); Special conservation areas (4); Animal control areas (5).
