Abstract

In compliance with the provisions laid down under Directive 93/113/EC, these Rules make provision on the use and marketing of enzymes, microorganisms and their preparations in animal nutrition. All forms of use for animal nutrition other than the incorporation of such products into feedingstuffs is prohibited. Enzymes, microorganisms and their preparations, as well as premixtures and compound feedingstuffs in which they have been incorporated, may not be marketed unless the particulars listed in article 6 are shown on the packaging, the container or on a label attached thereto.
