Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Upper Austria Clean Air and Energy Technology Law 2002 (LGBl. Nr. 114/2002). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to safety regulations for heating installations with solid and liquid fuel, as well as to storage of solid and liquid fuel. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Requirements for fuels (II); Environmental Safety measures for heating facilities (III); Periodic inspection of heating facilities (IV); Environmental safety regulations for the storage of solid and liquid fuel as well as of other combustible liquids (V); Transitonal and final provisions (VI).
