This Regulation enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Regulation is to set maximum levels for the presence of coccidiostats or histomonostats in food resulting from the unavoidable carry-over of these substances in non-target feed. This Regulation will be implemented according to the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on residue limits classification of pharmacologically active substances in foodstuffs of animal origin. This Regulation is drafted in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EC) No 124/2009 setting maximum levels for the presence of coccidiostats or histomonostats in food resulting from the unavoidable carry-over of these substances in non-target feed.
